The Senior Help Line and Resource Center has access to more than 600 services and provides information and assistance to seniors, their caregivers and other interested individuals. Resource Specialists are available 8-5, Monday through Friday to answer calls and questions and to make referrals.
This service is especially helpful to adult children who are trying to assist their parents either locally or from a distance. Senior Help Line also supports a Resource Center where information about a variety of topics relating to seniors is available. Resource specialists prepare free packets of information about such issues as long-term care, estate planning, Medicare and Medicaid to name a few. Books, audiotapes and videotapes are also available for loan.
